Now you have bought your printers we are sure you would like to
make sure they are properly supported in case they go wrong. Whether
they are heavy-duty Xi lll, a mid range Stripe S600 or one of the
Z-Series printers or even portable printers for printing on the move
you will want to ensure these mission critical devices will not let
you down when you most need them.
At PDT Ltd we take on going support very seriously indeed and offer
a range of services to support these devices. We can offer a time
and materials repair either back at a repair workshop or on your premises.
We also offer maintenance service contracts with a 12-hour working
response time. In the unlikely event the faulty printer cannot be
fixed you will be supplied with a suitable printer to see you through
until your printer is repaired and returned.
If you require a quotation for maintenance please contact
us and let us know details of who and where you are, the type
and quantity of machines you have and the type of contract you would
like to establish (return to base or on site). We will then be able
to let you have a quotation for the cost of maintenance for the coming
year. If your printer is not new and you are trying to put it on maintenance
we will need to come and check the condition of the printers you wish
covered. There will be a call out charge plus any parts and labour
required to bring the printer up to manufacturers specification. Alternatively
if you are looking for a time and materials repair we can provide
you with the costs for this too.
With printers moving into the wireless world and operating over the
Wi-Fi 802.11 standards you may need a site survey doing to ensure
you get the coverage you need on your site to operate in all areas
reliably. We are able to arrange for trained engineers to conduct
this service for you whilst on site and provide you with a report
containing their recommendations.
You will find our quotes very competitive and the service you receive
second to none. Contact
us today and get your no obligation quotation.
