Our intention is always to provide the expected service in the
agreed time frame and to the quality that we ourselves are prepared
to accept. Naturally, where a budget is defined for a piece of work,
we will monitor our costs and ensure that the budget is not exceeded.
We subscribe to the view that the job does not get completed faster
if more people are thrown at it. Resource use is monitored to ensure
that the team under our control is capable of delivering within
the agreed time scale.
